Delivery

Advanced Keys Limited will endeavour to get all orders placed before 15:00 Monday to Thursday and 12:00 on Friday dispatched on the same day where stock is available. Orders placed after these times will be dispatched the following working day. Orders will be dispatched once we have received cleared payment unless otherwise agreed.

The cost of delivery may vary depending on the delivery location, weight of the parcel and the value of the order.

NOTE: In the event of a missing parcel Advanced Keys may re-send the parcel at our discretion.

Customs Information

Payment of import duties & charges are the responsibility of the customer. Advanced Keys Limited accept no liability for fines incurred or loss of orders due to unpaid taxes and charges. Advanced Keys Limited has no control over these charges and should the customer fail to pay the required charges the customer will be liable to pay any costs incurred in order to return the parcel back to us or to have it destroyed. Unless Advanced Keys Limited receive the products back we will not issue a refund.

Insurance

If you believe that your package is damaged, you must then report it to Advanced Keys Limited within 24 hours of receipt and we can then process a claim with the carrier. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact Advanced Keys Limited who will be able to track the item and process a claim should this be required.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-¬refundable.
