Refund & Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Advanced Keys. We value your satisfaction, and if you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist.
1 – Returns
Eligibility: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaging. Please ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Procedure: Complete the Product Return Form available on our Downloads page, and include a copy of it with the returned goods.
2 – Refunds
Inspection: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its receipt. Following the inspection, we will inform you about the status of your refund.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Shipping
Responsibility: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
